How long do I have access to the courses?

You receive lifetime access to your purchased courses, including future updates at no extra cost. If a module is expanded or re-recorded, your dashboard will reflect the newest version automatically.

If you ever lose access due to an email change, contact support with your order details and we’ll help restore it.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. After completing the required lessons (and any quizzes for that course), you can download a certificate of completion. Certificates include your name, the course title, and completion date.

Note: Certificates confirm completion; they are not a government-issued professional license.

Is prior experience required?

No for beginner courses. Everything is explained step-by-step, including tools, conditioning, mechanics, and design fundamentals. For intermediate or advanced levels, prerequisites (if any) are clearly listed on the course page.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major payment cards and widely used digital wallets are supported. If a payment is declined, try another card, confirm billing details, or contact your bank for authorization.

Can I get feedback on my work?

Yes. You can request optional mentor critiques (when available) and/or join peer review groups to get practical feedback on composition, mechanics, and color harmony.

For the fastest feedback, include 2–3 photos: front, side, and overhead.

How do course updates work?

Updates are delivered directly inside your course library. When lessons are improved or expanded, you’ll see the new content automatically without repurchasing.

We prioritize updates that improve clarity, add seasonal variants, and modernize techniques.

Can I learn on mobile, and is offline viewing available?

Yes—courses are responsive and work well on modern phones and tablets. Offline viewing depends on your browser/device capabilities; we recommend stable Wi‑Fi for HD lessons.

If you’re on mobile data, lower the video quality to reduce bandwidth.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn’t working as expected (access issues, technical problems, or the course doesn’t match the description), contact support and we’ll review your request promptly under our current refund policy.

Do I need special tools or materials?

Most lessons can be completed with basic floral tools (snips, floral tape, wire, and a clean bucket). Each course includes a recommended supply list and alternatives so you can work with what’s available locally.
